Jeroen Koolhaas (www.jeruniverse.com) graduated at the Design Academy in Eindhoven as graphic designer. He is currently working as illustrator for New Yorker, L’uomo Vogue and NRC Handelsblad and making documentaries with Dre Urhahn (click here for Firmeza Total, a documentary about hip-hop in the favelas of Rio and Sao Paulo). Dre currently runs the online art gallery ( www.abluechicken.com) Together they have initiated the "Favela Painting" project.
